1. Order number
2. The product you wish to return
3. Reason for return

Once we receive your email, we will send you the return form to be completed.

Print out the completed form and put it in the parcel addressed to:

Please note for change of mind returns we only offer a credit note. We do not offer exchanges or returns. You can refer to our returns policy on our website through the following link: https://23rdandmadison.com/pages/shipping-returns. 

In regards to using credit to exchange for an alternative size, please understand that we cannot guarantee that the item you require will be in stock at the time you are issued with credit. 

Finally, we do not provide an Australia Post label for the return as return shipping is payable by the customer. Please ensure that you return the item via a prepaid and traceable Australia Post-delivery option. 23rd and Madison takes no responsibility for missing incoming parcels without proof of delivery.

Once we have received your returned items in original condition, we will provide you with a credit note in the form of a gift card to use on our site.
