Shipping INFORMATION
Do you ship within Australia?
Yes, we offer both Standard and Express shipping across Australia. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we can ship to P.O. boxes.
SHIPPING TIMES
Ready-to-wear pieces are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days. Couture and made-to-order pieces follow the production timelines listed on the product page. Standard and express shipping options are available worldwide. Shipping times may vary. For the most up-to-date delivery information, we recommend checking Australia Post domestic and international service updates.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or delays. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. As regulations vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office for guidance. If duties remain unpaid and an order is returned or cancelled, a refund cannot be issued. Delays caused by customs or international tariffs are outside of our control.

Pre-Orders
If your order includes both ready-to-wear and made-to-order items, pieces may be dispatched separately depending on availability. You will receive shipping confirmation once each item is on its way.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your returns policy?
If your order isn’t quite right, we accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and returned in original packaging with no damage or markings. Made to order and custom garments are final sale and not eligible for return.
Refunds or exchanges are only offered for faulty or damaged items in line with Australian Consumer Law. Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping remains the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
