Shipping policy

Ready-to-wear pieces are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days. Couture and made-to-order pieces follow the production timelines listed on the product page. If you require your piece for a specific date or upcoming event, please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to assist.

Australia

For standard shipping, please allow 2-6 business days. For express shipping, please allow 1-3 business days. 

International

International delivery times and service updates can be found via Australia Post International Delivery.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or delays. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for guidance. If duties or taxes remain unpaid and the order is returned or cancelled we are unable to offer a refund. Delays caused by customs or international tariffs are outside of our control.

Pre-Orders

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, they will ship together once ready. Additional shipping fees apply.

Returns

Returns for store credit are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and returned in original packaging with no damage or markings. Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return. Refunds or exchanges are only offered for faulty or damaged items in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser and we recommend using a trackable service. All return parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by 23rd & Madison.
