At 23rd & Madison, we believe that fashion has the power to tell stories—and when it comes to bridal, those stories become even more meaningful. Recently, we had the honour of designing a custom piece for my newly engaged best friend. This project wasn’t just about creating a dress; it was about celebrating a love story and crafting a design as ethereal as the bride-to-be herself.

The vision was something that felt timeless yet unexpected—something that would capture the romance of the occasion while reflecting her own vibrant personality. We discussed fabrics, silhouettes, and the little details that would make the piece truly hers. 

The design took cues from our Sofia Dress, featuring the signature floral detailing on the hip. To make the piece unique, we included an asymmetrical hemline with a flowing tulle overlay train that added drama and elegance to every step. The tulle provided a sense of softness and movement, while the floral accent on the hip created a focal point that felt both romantic and sophisticated.
