2. The product you wish to return
3. Reason for return

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return form to complete.

Please print the return form and include it in your parcel, addressed to:

Please note for change of mind returns we offer a credit note only. You can refer to our returns policy on our website here.

If you wish to use your credit note for a different size, please note that we cannot guarantee the item will be in stock at the time of issuance.

We do not provide prepaid return labels. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend using a prepaid, trackable Australia Post delivery service.

23rd & Madison is not responsible for lost return parcels without proof of delivery.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will issue a credit note in the form of a gift card for use on our site.
